In view of the infectious nature of the novel coronavirus, Independent Living wishes to continue serving all of our customers in a safe and caring way. We ask that you support us with the following safety guidelines until further notice.

10:00 am – 6:00 pm | Monday - Friday

In Store Shopping Policies 

 Safety First

  • To maximize the safety and efficiency of how business is conducted, we kindly ask that all prospective customers schedule in-store visits ahead of time via our bookings page.

  • Masks are required to enter the store. The number of in-store visitors will be limited per visit.

Online Orders

Place your order(s) online

  • As we continue to closely monitor the evolution of COVID 19 developments in Jamaica, we will primarily conduct business online, effective October 2020, until further notice.

  • This will allow us to fulfill your business needs in a safe, quick, and efficient manner.

Curbside Pickup​

How this works

  1. Place your order online

  2. An email will be sent to confirm the purchase. A store team member will call you to provide additional information on payment and an ETA on when the items will be available for pickup

  3. Once your order is ready - head out to one of our store locations.

  4. Please call the store to alert team members of your arrival.

  5. No need to leave the safety of your car! Purchased items will be brought to your car by a store team member.

  6.  Enjoy your purchase!

 

Online orders placed after 4:30 pm will be ready for pickup the next business day unless otherwise advised. 

 

To keep our staff safe as they deliver your purchased item(s) to your car please ensure that masks/face coverings are worn.

Doorstep Delivery

  • We will get what you need to you!

  • For your safety and convenience we will continue to offer island-wide delivery (per the availability of our third party delivery partners). #Stay Home. 

  • For delivery requests outside of Kingston, Portmore & Montego Bay (Ironshore & Coral Gardens only), please call for pricing.

  • All Major Credit / Debit cards / Direct banking accepted
